Mix and match content for target audiences. The personalization modules of our Enterprise Web Content Management provide powerful tools which will help you provide the right information to the right visitors at the right time.
In combination with the Personalization Profiles & User Access component, this module allows a website visitor, if he or she is logged in, to view a customized presentation. Using this component, the website administrator can define detailed personalization rules. Personalization rules are centrally maintained and applied to the content on different levels, such as the page, the content element, and the form levels. Personalization can also be applied within phrases and sentences.

The advanced forms module makes it possible to put together forms to be used, for example, for surveys, registrations, or inquiries. The focus point of the forms module is maximum flexibility with minimal settings. It should be simple for editors, for example, to put surveys together while developers, with different authorizations, should be able to add more complex constructions – such as the use of XSL.
Forms are constructed from steps taken in a specific order. This order can depend on the values entered. Various validations are possible. There is a wide variety of options to handle the forms: sending data via e-mail and/or saving data in a database, formspecific handling of errors, Thank You acknowledgments, etc. Advanced forms can also be used for specific types of integration (often in combination with the Personalization Rules Toolkit), such as connections with authorization or payment systems and handlings through SOAP.
This component refers to the GX WebManager Web Users functionality. Web users are website visitors who are registered and have a personal profile. Based on their profiles, web users have access to special pages that users who are not logged in cannot access. Such pages have so-called read access.
